TBL owns the most advanced Davis-Standard extrusion systems available today, which include 2 1/2-inch and 1 1/4-inch cross head barrels. Our state of the art EPIC III™ control systems enables us to monitor manufacturing process conditions with extreme accuracy, all while recording real time operating conditions which are valuable tools used in our quality program.  
     In addition, we employ precision laser OD measuring and control systems and associated downstream equipment.
      Our extruders are capable of producing single and multi-layer extrusions, commonly called co-extrusions.
