Envir-A-Line XX is ideal for many gases and hydrocarbons. Envir-A-Line has a unique co-extruded construction, incorporating a highly inert Hytrel™ liner that creates an excellent gas and moisture barrier. Its moisture permeability is similar to poly-ether based urethanes. The product’s outer shell is comprised of a photo opaque black PVC. Because the PVC outer shell is permeable the product can be repeatedly autoclaved without the two materials separating.

Used widely in the welding industry because of its superior barrier characteristics, Hytrel™ contains no plasticizers and does not outgas, making Envir-A-Line an excellent choice for potable water equipment.  

Envir-A-Line is FDA approved and compliant with NSF61 standards for potable water.
